Why We Do What We Do
Every year, thousands of IT graduates enter the industry, yet many young Nepalis leave the country believing that better opportunities exist elsewhere. We started Techspire to challenge that belief. We asked ourselves: What if Nepal could offer an environment where young people can learn the technologies shaping the world, apply those technologies to real problems, and build meaningful careers without having to leave home? That question became our mission—to create an ecosystem where education leads to opportunity, innovation leads to action, and talented young people can build the future of Nepal from Nepal.
For students who dream of becoming entrepreneurs, our support goes beyond the classroom. From ideation and validation to becoming market-ready, we provide access to mentors, advisors, networks, and an entrepreneurship support system, including opportunities for seed funding of up to NPR 1 crore for promising ventures. Our goal is to help students transform ideas into solutions that create jobs, businesses, and lasting value for Nepal.
We started Techspire because technology inspired us. Today, we are creating the next generation of leaders in technology and business—people whose ideas, companies, and work can inspire the nation and contribute directly to building a stronger, more prosperous Nepal.
